Clarice EstradaClarice Estrada is the Associate Vice Chancellor in the Executive Vice Chancellor & Provost (EVCP)'s Finance and Administratiion unit. She manages and leads the administrative and financial services and opertations fo the EVCP, Chancellor's Office and Vice Chancellor of Diversity and Outreach organizations. These services includes finance, HR, IT, facilities, and indirectly, student services. Clarice has worked at UCSF for over 20 years and has been an AMP member the entire time. She won the Chancellor's award for Exceptional University Management in 2020. |

Olena AkermanOlena Akerman has been working with the EVC&P for 20 years in one capacity or another. She is the Business Manager supporting LARC & EH&S. She and her staff provide procurement, administrative and financial support. With 2 kids, a dog and a cat, she doesn't have much time left for hobbies. But she does enjoy to host dinner parties and to go on, unfortunately rare, camping trips. |

Rosa LamRosa Lam joined our team in 2007. She is the Finance Manager supporting AVCR Direct Office, OSR, OCTA, RDO, and VCR Direct Office. She is repsonsilbe for budget development, financial analysis, procurement, ledger reconciliation, recharge operations, post award management, and other projects within the EVC&P units. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends. |

Luigi PulidoLuigi Pulido has been working with our team since May 2021. He is the lead financial analyst supporting ICD, IRSO, Innovation Ventures, AVC-IDEA, and Restorative Justice Practices. He is responsible for providing analytical support for budget, financial, procurement, and post award management. He likes to travel, spend time with his family and friends, and take his dog to Golden Gate Park. |

Amanda NavarroAmanda Navarro has been working with our team for almost 10 years. She is the Business Analyst and her primary worksite is at Mission Bay. She is assisting various units by providing ongoing financial analysis, monitoring of funds, budget variance and expense reporting and projections. She does ballroom dance. She believes in doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life. |

Jamison MaedaJamison Maeda joined our team in July 2021 but have been with UCSF since 2015. He is the HR and Program Coordinator and his team works remotely but have office space at Parnassus. He has a dual role, in which he provides HR support and support for UCSF's Program for Interprofessional Practice & Education. He enjoys listening to music in his spare time. |

Sarah DeGeorgeSarah DeGeorge joined our team in 2008. She is the Business Analyst and her primary worksite is at Parnassus. She is responsible for the procurement of research models, Laboratory Animal Resource Center billing and provide facility access to staff and students. She enjoys walking, reading and Zumba at her spare time.

Meri FigueroaMeri Figueroa has been working with UCSF for 15 years with various deparments. She was started in CHR with the Human Research Protection Program, IACUC and now with LARC and EH&S. She is an Administrative Assistant 3 and her primary worksite is at Parnassus. She does purchasing for LARC and EH&S as well as various administrative duties for both departments. She enjoys dancing, Zumba and crafts in her spare time. |

Felix MangobaFelix Mangoba is an Administrative Assistant 3. He reconciles general ledger for LARC and EH&S. This includes verifying transactions that are initiated through the UCSF Bear Buy procurement system and other non-Bear Buy purchases; verifying by random check deliveries of purchases to end users; assisting on resolving transaction discrepancy that may arise; and tracking monthly telephone and transportation charges for LARC and EH&S. He also creates journal entries for cash deposits and transaction adjustments and assists on other function if needed. He enjoys reading fictions and playing golf on weekends.

Christina MartinezChristina Martinez joined our team in 2005. She is an Administrative Assistant. She is responsible to process the LARC animal facility applications and provide other administrative support. She enjoys live music, pets and nature.

Jaimie SapaenJaimie Sapaen has been working with LARC for over 18 years. She is an Administrative Assistant 3 and her primary worksite is on Parnassus. She is responsible to coordinate the import-export of most animal species used at UCSF for research. During her free time, she likes outdoor activities such as jogging, hiking, camping, biking, wakeboarding, playing softball and paintball. She also likes to watch her sports team such as the Giants, 49ers and Warriors.

Denise WilliamsDenise Williams has been working with LARC for over 27 years. She is an Administrative Assistant 3 and her primary worksite is at Parnassus. She does purchasing for the technicians and the animals they work with . She also does purchasing for a few departments within the Core group. In her free time, she enjoy working out, traveling and shopping of course.

She is responsible for research model procurement and coordinating animal transfers within UCSF. She also assists with billing and other administrative duties. She enjoys baking and travelling in her spare time.
